At GriefShare you’ll receive valuable guidance and tips, leading you to relief, comfort, and peace of mind. A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with it, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
The session will start on Monday, January 27* and run through Monday, April 21 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM in Room 134 of the Cox wing. Enter through Door 4 on the northwest side of the building. There is a class workbook that you will use throughout the program which costs $20. Please bring the money with you on your first night and the workbook will be distributed in class.
*For the first five weeks, GriefShare will be included in the 2025 Winter Study Groups. Connect in community with others over dinner at 6:15 PM in The Haverstick and then breakout into study groups afterwards.
